Choosing the right piece

Whole, in portions or processed: the choice is yours!

While guinea fowl been sold whole for many years (standard, certified, label or organic, ready-to-cook or whole with giblets, feet and head attached), the sale of different guinea fowl cuts has become more widespread over the last few years.

The two main cuts you might find are the leg (drumstick and thigh) and the supreme (breast with skin and the wing).


There are also a range of processed products that will introduce you to the refined taste of guinea fowl without you having to cook!
