Guinea Fowl Leg Parcels with Garden Vegetables

Ingredients :

4 guinea fowl legs • 300g green beans • 2 shallots • 1 tablespoon curry powder • 1 apple • 2 carrots • 4 small knobs butter • salt • pepper


 Serves 4   Beginner    - 20 mins   Between 20 and 45 mins

  • Prepare the green beans.
  • Finely chop the shallots.
  • Peel the apple and cut it julienne style.
  • Peel the carrots then cut into thin slices using a vegetable peeler.
  • Preheat the oven to 210°/425°F/Gas Mark 7.
  • Place each leg on a sheet of foil and add a knob of butter.
  • Seal the parcels.
  • Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
